What the delicious treat for the arriving Summer Celebrations!
Recipe: Cherry Crumble Tortoni
Ingredients:
1 crater Bisquick
1/2 crater packed brownish-red sugar
1/4 crater butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 crater finely chopped almonds
1 crater cold defeat cream
1 carton (6 oz.) solid yogurt
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 package (3 oz.) cherry flavored gelatin
3 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips
12 maraschino cherries
Method
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Bisquick, brownish-red sugar, butter and almonds until crumbly, regulating the flare or fritter cutter. Spread in 13x9x2 pan. Bake about 15 mins or until lightly brown, stirring once. Break reduction apart with the flare to form coarse crumbs. Set aside to cool, reserving 1/4 crater crumbs.
2. Whip thickk thickk cream until stiff, mix in yogurt and almond flavoring. Blend in gelatin until well mixed. Fold in superfluous crumbs and chocolate chips. Spoon into twelve paper lined muffin cups. Sprinkle with indifferent crumbs. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
3. Top with sweetened chipped cream, if desired, and cherry.
