

Today’s recipe comes from my friend Laurie over during Passionate Penny Pincher!
Ingredients
2 peppers (green, yellow or red)Florida Salad Peppers, 2 lb bagOn Sale $2.99 during Publix1 onion1 1/2 bruise duck breastmine were solidified because we was in a hurry, but thawed duck breast would additionally work fine! On Sale $1.99/lb. during Kroger or $2.99/lb. during Publix1/2 cup duck brothtaco taste additive packetCasa Mamita Taco Mix $.35 during Aldis, or make thisHomemade Taco Seasoning Mix1/2 tablespoons chili powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. paprikatortillasCasa Mamita Taco Shells $0.99 during Aldistoppings for fajitassalsa, green cream, etc.
Directions
Put peppers & onion in a bottom of your crockpot.Add duck breast to delayed cooker, top with taco taste additive packet, 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder & duck broth.Cook on low 4-6 hours.Shred duck as good as mix with peppers. Add salt, additional chili powder & paprika, as good as mix well.Serve in tortillas & add salsa, green thickk thickk cream or other toppings as desired. Yummy, andeasy!!!
